Refund and Return Policy

In the event of a dispute, it will be forwarded to a specialized service of the supplier, which will offer a faster resolution. To this end, the customer will be responsible for providing:
– A message sent on the website via the contact form
– Photos or videos (less than 5 MB) of the damaged item to prove the damage. A return of the products may be requested

Unless there is a major disagreement, a refund, resend, or return request may be issued in the following cases:
– 1. Delayed orders.
These are orders that do not have tracking information, are in transit, on hold, or have expired for a significant number of days after leaving the warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on the country and shipping method.
Note: Sometimes the order has arrived at the buyer’s nearest post office and is awaiting delivery due to an incomplete address, an unclaimed package, a missing number, etc. Likewise, parcels are delivered to self-service collection points, which can cause significant delays. Customers are better off contacting their local post office or going directly to the post office for delivery.

– 2. Orders not received:
The tracking information will display an alert, with the following reasons: incorrect/insufficient address, missing number, unknown recipient, refused, late pickup, unsecured delivery location, uncleared customs clearance, etc.
If the package has not been received, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local post office, bearing an official stamp, is required.
No refund or reshipment will be issued if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered.
Notes:
Generally, the local distributor makes one to three deliveries depending on the situation. If the package remains unclaimed within the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage within 3 to 7 days. In the meantime, customers must retrieve the package themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. Upon return, LudoShop.Top declines all responsibility for product loss.

– 3. Damaged Products.
A full refund or replacement will be issued if the package arrives severely damaged, and a partial refund or replacement will be issued if the package arrives partially damaged (except for threads, creases, minor scratches, etc.).
For ordinary electronic products, customers must file a claim within 30 days of package delivery.

– 4. Incorrect or Missing Products.
If such cases occur despite a strict quality control process prior to shipment, the following will be handled:
– For incorrect products, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
– For products with incorrect color or size that do not affect the product’s functionality, etc., a refund or resend will be issued upon presentation of a screenshot of the claim filed, including the name, contents, and date.
– For missing parts that do not affect the product’s functionality, the supplier may offer a partial refund or resend the missing part. and for missing parts that affect the product’s functionality, return the product.
– For accessories, return the accessories.

– 5. Order Cancellation:
In the event of order cancellation, full refunds will be issued before the products are processed by the warehouse, noting that warehouse processing generally occurs quickly.

Important Provisions
– 1. Dispute Opening Time.
You cannot open a dispute if your order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved if third-party tracking information cannot be found.

– 2. Force Majeure.
Ludo LudoShop.Top or the supplier shall not be liable for product damage or shipping delays caused by force majeure, including, but not limited to: epidemics, international situations, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snowfall, or customs inspections.

– 3. Shipping Method Limitations.
Some shipping methods do not allow tracking of orders arriving in certain countries, states, or cities. These shipping methods are listed in advance, and no disputes will be processed if you choose these shipping methods to certain countries, including PostNL, Electric PostNL, CJPacket EUB, CJPacket Postal Route, CJPacket Postal, and CJPacket Railway Economy. Likewise, if the customer chooses certain shipping methods, additional fees will be charged for remote addresses.

– 4. Destination limits.
Due to international shipping restrictions, no disputes will be accepted or processed regarding orders shipped to the following countries:
