Article 1 – Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded on the LudoShop.Top website without restriction or reservation, and proof of all transactions is provided by the recorded data.
When the customer confirms their order, this confirmation constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Changes that may be made to these terms and conditions at any time are binding on users of the website. They take effect as soon as they are posted online. They do not affect previously concluded transactions.

The customer is solely responsible for the use and confidentiality of their password; they are therefore responsible for taking all steps to ensure the confidentiality of the chosen password and its proper use. The LudoShop.Top website disclaims all liability in the event of fraudulent or improper use of the customer’s password by the customer or by an unauthorized third party.
By placing an order, the customer certifies that they are a natural person of legal age with full legal capacity to comply with these terms and conditions.
2.2 – Order Confirmation
According to the terms and conditions described below, the customer selects the products they wish to order and then proceeds to place the order by confirming it, which makes it effective.
To confirm their order, the customer will be directed to our payment interface where they will be asked to provide only the strictly necessary information. This connection is secure. After final confirmation, their order will be definitively registered. It is specified that this confirmation constitutes an electronic signature with the same value as a handwritten signature.
An email confirming receipt and processing of the order will then be sent to the email address provided.
Product offers are, however, subject to availability. 23 – Order Cancellation
The order cannot be canceled once it is prepared. Any order cancellation request must be made before the order is prepared and must be sent to the LudoShopTop website via the contact form.
The LudoShopTop website reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, as well as in the event of fraud of any kind.

Products are invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed by the Customer, including all taxes, as stated on the website.
The LudoShopTop website reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. However, products are always invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3.2 – Promotional Coupons
Promotional codes, also known as “coupons,” are applicable to the product price, excluding delivery costs. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for their monetary value. They cannot be combined. Any coupon can only be used when the customer confirms their order, and it is imperative that the code be entered in the designated box (“coupon”) on the shopping cart or payment pages of the website. Otherwise, it cannot be applied. Therefore, any omissions cannot be corrected. The potential benefit associated with this code is neither refundable nor exchangeable in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer. Any fraudulent use of a promotional code will render it null and void.
3.3 – Invoice
An invoice is issued in digital format for each order confirmation. It can be viewed online in the “My Account” section and downloaded.
After the order has been confirmed, the billing information for the order (Name, Delivery Address, etc.) cannot be changed.

Article 4 – Payment Terms
4.1 – General Information
Orders are payable in full and in a single payment at the price stipulated at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the order will not be processed and will be canceled.
Several payment methods are available to the customer:
– By national or international bank card: Most credit and debit cards are accepted.
– By Apple Pay or Google Pay.
– By payment in cryptocurrencies (ETH).
4.2 – Registration of payment methods on the LudoShop.Top website.
The customer can register their payment methods on the LudoShop.Top website. It is then their responsibility to enter the necessary details for their storage by the service provider, in a secure environment, until their consent is withdrawn at any time and with immediate effect.
Article 5 – Deliveries (Product Delivery)

Products purchased on LudoShop.Top are only available for home delivery to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing their order. Delivery is made by a carrier, according to their own terms and conditions, who will ensure delivery of the goods to the customer according to the usual methods (direct delivery, deposit notice, etc.). Deliveries are made to all countries listed on the website at the time the order is placed.
5.2 – Delivery Times and Liabilities
The transfer of ownership of a product to the customer occurs immediately upon full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery or availability date. However, the transfer of the risks of loss and damage to the products occurs upon receipt of the product by the customer. Between payment of the price and receipt of the product, liability rests with the carrier, and the LudoShop.Top website cannot be held liable.
5.3 – Delivery Delays

If their order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer to allow them to track their order’s progress via the carrier’s website. It is specified that the sales contract entered into between the Customer and the LudoShop.Top website is written in English. In the event that it is translated into one or more languages, only the English text will be authoritative in the event of a dispute.
In the event of a dispute, it is advisable to seek an amicable solution as a priority. Before submitting any complaint, the customer should carefully read the information, clarifications, and recommendations contained in the “REFOUNDS AND RETURNS” section.
Failing an amicable agreement, the customer may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator, and failing such a mediation option, the customer may refer the matter to the competent courts.

Full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is the result of the customer confirming their order on the LudoShop.Top website. This confirmation constitutes express acknowledgement by the customer.
