Love this I tried the small one had to get the big one for work. Works great I use it to refill my water tin to use on the floor and fill it up on my breaks. I drink a lot more water now because of this. Cleans the water good enough for me to taste and other co workers can taste the difference in the water as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR THOSE THAT DON’T LIKE DRINKING WATER BUT NEED TO.

I gave them 5 stars however the only issue i had was that the instructions where in Chinese. And I can read many things but Mandarin/Cantonese is not one of them. I would say translate instructions or just put them to a web link that has instructions, other than that solid product with solid customer service. I recommend them but just request to get instructions in your native tongue
